Refund Policy
2. Withdrawal by the Student: If a student chooses to withdraw from a course or program, the following refund policy will apply
Refund Eligibility:
- If the withdrawal occurs within 3 days before the course start date, the student is eligible for a full refund of the tuition fees paid, minus any non-refundable administrative fees
- If the withdrawal occurs after the course start date, no refund will be provided.
Withdrawal Process:
- To initiate a withdrawal and refund request, students must notify CADD Centre Lanka in writing, either by email or by submitting a withdrawal form to the relevant department.
- The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Some courses or programs may have non-refundable fees, such as registration fees, material fees, or application fees. These fees will not be refunded, regardless of the withdrawal date.
Refund Consideration:
- The student must provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the dissatisfaction.
- CADD Centre Lanka will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the concerns and the extent of the course completed.
- CADD Centre Lanka reserves the right to deny a refund request if it is deemed that reasonable efforts were made to resolve the student’s concerns or if the course completion is substantial
Refund Process:
- The student must submit their refund request in writing, explaining the reasons for the dissatisfaction.
- CADD Centre Lanka will review the request and communicate the decision to the student within 7 days.
- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days of the approval notice. The refund will be return to the same card that the payment made
4. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services provided by CADD Centre Lanka, such as counseling, assessment fees, or customized programs, may be non-refundable. Any non-refundable services will be clearly communicated to the student prior to enrollment.
5.Payment Disputes: If a student believes that there has been an error in the billing or payment process, they should promptly contact CADD Centre Lanka to resolve the issue. We will investigate the matter and, if an error is found, provide an appropriate refund or credit adjustment.
