Autodesk Revit has inbuilt features that lets users perform general structural modeling and analysis. Also, these functions help to draft very detailed structural drafts especially section views of reinforcement arrangements, reinforcement annotation and scaling in actual sizes. These models can later be used for structural analysis as well with the support of the cloud server of Autodesk Revit. Basically, It allows users to design a building and its components in 3D, annotate the model with 2D drafting elements and access building information from the building models database. Revit comes with tools to plan and track various stages in the building’s lifecycle, from concept to construction and even demolition.
