Quantity Surveying is the practice of determining the cost of a construction project, prior to the project, in the construction phase and after the project has been completed, down to the minute details. Usually carried out by a professional who is a qulified quantity surveyor who also is well versed in contract administration. MEP is the branch of construction projects which includes the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Aspects, hence determining the cost of these three aspects in a construction project in an organized and standardized method is the practice of MEP Quantity Surveying.
